  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Opened or used coconut oil or personal care items.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Items purchased during special discount or clearance sales.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email or phone about your refund approval.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

  • The refund will be made to your original payment method (or via bank transfer/bKash, if applicable).

4. Replacement Policy

If you received a wrong or damaged item, we will arrange a free replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability).

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
